What does "LED" stand for?

What are the benefits of switching to LED lighting?
There are many advantages from switching to LED lighting. Some of those examples are that LED lighting lasts much longer than conventional lighting, it uses significantly less electricity to operate, produces very little heat, contains no mercury, does not emit UV or infrared rays, is shock and vibration resistant, and can operate effectively in extreme climates.
Is our LED lighting dimmable?
Yes, most of our products are fully dimmable to 10% of their output. Please refer to our specification sheets or product descriptions for more information on a specific product.
How long does our LED lighting last?
All of our LED lighting is rated for roughly 50,000 operating hours. However there are many factors that can affect the lifetime of an LED such as temperature and weather conditions. Feel free to contact us for more information.

How much money can you save when converting to LED lighting?

What is CRI?
CRI is short for Color Rendering Index. It is a measurement of the quality of light. CRI is measured from a scale of 0 – 100. LEDs typically have a CRI of 65-95 with 95 being a higher quality of light and 65 being a lower quality of light.
When buying LED lighting, should you buy based on lumens or wattage?
You should always buy LED lighting based on lumens. Watts are used to determine the power consumption while lumens determine the light output. LEDs with higher lumens produce more light than LEDs with lower lumens.
